If a processing fails
- Read the message shown in the workspace: unsupported format, file too large, result too large or limit reached.
- Your originals stay on your device: start a new batch with another format or smaller dimensions.
- If the problem persists, note the date, the browser and the format chosen.
Report a problem. There is no need to attach a confidential image to the first message.
If the sign-in code does not arrive
Check the spam folder and the verification phrase shown on the page. A new code can be requested after one minute; each code is valid for fifteen minutes.
Retention
Files and results are kept for 90 days from their creation, then deleted by the cleanup that runs every 5 minutes. Image files are not backed up.
